The BBB#11 Isotope values are the ones in the big list. The BBB#5 Isotopes have an offensive score of 41.70, def of 48.76 and a ST score of 29.31, for an overall of 47.62, which looks to be somewhere around 265th.

The values reported in the big list are for the B Bombers of BBB#10. The BBB#11 Birmingham Bombers have an offensive score of 41.56, Def of 66.51, and ST of 27.13. This results in a overall score of 51.11, which puts them around 256th.

The values on the big list are for the #11 Storm. The values for the #6 Storm are 61.91 for offense, 51.57 for Def, and 58.70 for ST, giving a 56.98 overall score, which is good for a rankings near 193.

The values on the big list are for #10 Stallions. The values for the #14 stallions are 19.52 for offense, 8.31 for Defense, and 19.91 for ST. This works out to an overall of 14.67, which puts them around 509th. (sorry)

I say around 509th because I'm not actually re-ranking all the values, I'm just determining the approximate placement of where those would go. Mostly because I don't want to re-rank all the teams for a change of 1 to a few spots. Especially since it doesn't really matter if a team is 231 or 232.

Thanks,
StickMan

Despite our ranking on this, the Elves could beat 99% of the teams on there

STickman,

i'd like to know which Scarlet Knights is which also.

regarding the interleague ranking, it seems to me that mathematically, theoretically, the only way that an averaging of the stats or scores of the teams in 1 league could lead to an average score higher or lower than another league is if some stats are more important on offense than defense, or more important when you do something good than when you don't do something bad. So, for example, if yards gained is more important than yards given up. Or sacks gotten are more important than sacks given up. If your rankings correctly valued O and D stats, or warding off things like sacks as much getting sacks, each league would have the same average.

I think a ranking like that would be better in terms of valuing teams within a league as it would allow teams that don't give up yards, don't give up sacks, don't get pancaked, to be valued as much as teams that get sacks, get pancakes, etc.

Just food for thought.

That's an interesting idea, I'll have to think about that a little more. Initially, my thoughts are that this still wouldn't help with the inter-league rankings, since all the stats are generated from within each league. I just don't think there's any way to fix this without having at least a few inter-league games. And I don't really see that happening, so this ranking will continue to be flawed for that reason. But as long as everyone remembers that, then it can still be fun to look at, it just doesn't mean a lot when you try to compare teams in different leagues.

Thanks,

For the most part, that's true.

And I did say at the beginning that since the stats are from the entire season, teams with terrible stats from early on in the season won't move up much from having better recent performances.

However, you got pretty much killed in most of your games. 2 games where the other team score over 100 on you. In only 7 out of 16 games did you guys even score points...

I'm not saying that you haven't improved substancially within even the last 3 years of the season (scored points in every game and even won the last one with a shutout), but the way I did the rankings, your early season poor performances put you in too deep of a hole to overcome.

Sorry. Good luck next year, and may you improvements continue.

Thanks,
StickMan

That is total BS. BBB#13 is one of the best - and even if not - the top team in each conference is worthy of being under 40. Silverymoon Elves and Torrance Spartans?
