I'm done with the argument, but imo it's a shitty topic which should be avoided, fwiw.

I dont argue it. It's my opinion that I share from time to time just because We went from CCC to pro in around 5 seasons with the Orlando Pirates and it irritates me seeing bleeding vagina's try to argue there way into the pro's than actually prove it.

Much like many of the teams that came before them, the Hounds may have not earned their spot, but they did qualify for it. There have been many teams that got their spot here without earning it to go on and be dominant here. Wolfpack and HHW are great examples of that.

That's fine they're here, i don't think they'll do much. But i think the difference between them and the wolfpack is that the wolfpack were clearly a great dominant team going undefeated both reg seasons before getting promoted. I think there's a difference between going 16-0 and getting upset in the 2nd/3rd round than going 10-6 sneaking in to aaa playoffs and still not winning the conference. Regardless, nashville better have some thick skin because they're going to get ragged on all season if they play as mediocre as they did in AAA. Anything is better than a gutjob. I just want the season to start. I'm bored

It's not that they are very good here, it's that they didnt EARN their spot. Im sure if HHW didnt come up the same time as MEM they wouldve won the AAA the following year.

True, but how do we know the Hounds wouldn't have won AAA next season? Personally, I have a lot more respect and appreciation for the teams that did move up with a AAA trophy, but I know that USA Pro would have 15 CPU teams if we didn't let those teams in. Would you prefer the CPU Spartans to stick around all season than the Hounds? The Hounds might at least keep the score under 200.

Yeah, this. It's easy to look at teams like WW and HHW and say "of course they would have won a AAA trophy eventually" but eventually that judgment is pretty subjective. As UMBF says, the promotion rules have changed, and thank God for that, we're all better off. Every team in USA Pro has earned the right to be here, so bitching about that is silly. But once you're up here, you've gotta win to stay, and that's totally up to you.

If going 10-6 in AAA and losing in the playoffs "earns" you a spot in pro, then we need world league NAO.

I don't think it "earns" you a spot, but it "qualifies" you for one if there are enough gutjobs.

I agree about the world league, but the promotion rules are what they are. If all these teams at the top weren't gutting, the Hounds would be in AAA still. But the guts happened, so the Hounds have as much right to be here as anyone else.

and I dont agree with the rules of the promotion. Im not gonna argue any of your opinions. I might be wrong. It happens a lot. I just think there is a better way to bring in better competition.

Like bringing WSI over. Im sure there is another team with better credentials than the hounds.

Nah, I don't think you're wrong. I totally agree that there are other teams that would be a better fit, competition wise, for USAPL. Santiago, for one. But I don't think the Hounds deserve to be singled out and picked on. But I could be wrong, too. If they go 0-16 or 1-15 in S10 and gut at the end, I agree that that's a sign the promotion rules aren't working.

Im not picking on them. They are a good team and i mean no disrespect to them. I just dont think they deserve to be up here at the moment. Good luck and more power to him.

We made it from BBB -> Pro in 5 seasons which should show that we are out to win.

Roc you know I like you man but there are lot of teams more qualified than the Marauders that if a switch were to take place should be in USA Pro before you guys. While you have a very good team and have won at every level running through the Canadian minors (with no Canada AAA title) isn't really a the Resume that should get you into USA PRO.

Just sayin

Seriously though Roc, no USA Pro team which isn't ran by a bunch of scared little girls is going to swap out with you. It just wouldn't make sense for a team to do so unless its owner was a pussy, and for the most part you don't get to be a USA Pro team by being a scared pussy owner.

If you seriously want to get to USA Pro, finding a AAA team to swap with is your only chance, and if you earn it you can be in Pro by season 11. You talk about how you've earned your way from BBB to Pro, and while that's true, you have earned your away to Canada Pro, not the US. Canada Pro to USA AAA is a small step down, but its your only chance if your serious about this thread. No USA Pro team is going to swap with you I'm pretty sure buddy...

GL though.

I'm a scared pussy owner but I can't do this swap because I can't let anyone know how scared I am. I have to worry about the public image.
