What part of "Ive been guilty of it" did you not comprehend?

It just gets pretty damned old listening to bitch fests in the league forum. Do you think bitching in the league forum is going to solve anything? Hell, bitching in the bugs and GLB forum or sending messages to mods and Bort almighty don't get anything accomplished 95% of the time so what's the point in beating dead horses to death in here?

And Im not sure I know what you mean by "if the shoe was on the other foot". We've had plenty of KL INTs go against us this season. Big reason our former starting QB flat gave up on his QB.

no one is forcing you to respond in this topic. you could avoid it if it's 'getting old'.

In the end you are right Kron. Anyone can talk about whatever they like. I just think he means that this whole board is just a bitch fest about bugs. Nothing about Players, Teams, Great Plays, Rankings (rarely), ya know the reason why we play this game? Its kinda like just ignore it and try to enjoy the game. Since obviously us bitching doesn't change Borts mind anyway.

Underrated post imo. Often times changing one section of code can have an effect on another part. Coding a game like this is not as simple as:

Pass thrown;
check for int;
check for deflection;
.
.
.
check for knock loose;
check for INT after knock loose;

I can guarantee that.

Now, that doesn't excuse this issue, and it IS a problem for teams that actually like to pass more often. Maybe you haven't noticed but the three teams that are sitting at the top right nowin the West...love to run it as much as possible. Heck, even the #4 team likes to run it, but we had more of a risk/reward type offense on first, so this change murdered us when we got the risk side and had to pass on 2nd/3rd downs. Heck, even the fast rising team of Texas made their biggest wins (WW, Compton, Drinkin) after the change...and they too rely heavily on the running game.

This last part was a reference to something I said a few pages ago. And how hard is it to comprehend...lawdawg?

Simple: If you guys had lost this game today to it, instead of some other game. Not law school here.

Pretty much what I was getting at. It even seems usually that the game discussions are 99% complaints about the sim.

All the complaining just really saps a lot of the fun out of this game. It's not just this season or just this forum though.

Like I said though, it's not just a slam at any one person or any one team. Just a general observation, or discussion if you will.

I think most every team wanted and tried passing more early in the season. I don't know of any team that wants their WR's to be completely meaningless in the team season in and out.

Yet here we are, 3 seasons later.

Look man, I don't know how many times I have to say this. . . . this isn't personal against any one person or team.

I've lost plenty of games due to sims. It happens.

People who are still playing this game are because they like it enough to stay and bitch about it because they want to see it improve. I am well aware that there is a bug's forum for that stuff but I don't see anything wrong with disscussing these issues among USA Pro agents alone.

There is also a Trash Talkin' forum but I wouldn't expect any two USA Pro teams to go at it in there rather than here. I can understand why free agents looking for a USA Pro team should use the proper forums cause that could lead to a flood of threads. A little bullshitting every now and then about the screwy sim isn't a big deal to me. I am not one to complain much but I do like to know what the rest of the league thinks about certain things.

I feel bad for WRs. Must be boring as shit to make one. QBs will head that way too if this keeps up.

I've avoided making a passing QB WR any type of HB or a DE because they are all just too much of a moving target to spend flex on

Ya, that is partly what I meant though. For the first 8 weeks it looked like passing was a really good option, similar to season 6/7 where both passing and running worked together.

Yea. You guys are right. What this forum needs is more threads about SDL and Texas arguing. Much better than discussing the sim and bugs
