honestly, I can only see maybe three Gamblers making a Pro Bowl team and I'm not sure how many people would vote for a pass blocking TE like Frank Thomas. Britney Spears though should be a lock as PR/KR. I'd like to think Copeland would make it just for the impact he has on any game we play, but because he doesn't pass I don't think he would. Make no mistake about it though, he's our offensive MVP -- MEM went to a 4-2-5 Cover 0 against the Strong I blitzing both corners in a lot of situations... that's a pretty big forced defensive change just to account for one player and it opened up the middle quite a bit.


The Three Gamblers that I think should make it are:

OT Phil Thomas
PR/KR Britney Spears
DE Reggie Whitehead

Pro Bowl awards are based on regular season accolades, not Super Bowl appearances.

I was talking regular season. I was just using an example of how Copeland changes a game.

So you want Copeland to be a Pro Bowl QB based upon 54 pass attempts?

So in a game that you chose to exploit with the run, and used along with your depth exploits to win a title, you now want your QB to be rewarded with a Pro Bowl trophy because all he does is run the ball?

Gimme a break.

I stated quite clearly that I didn't think Copeland would make a Pro Bowl team because he doesn't throw the ball, I was just stating that I would like for him to be at least be considered because of the impact he has on the game. He makes teams change their defenses - that's a pretty big impact imo, but in no way did I say "Copeland is the best QB in the Eastern Conference, he should make the Pro Bowl."

I'm editing this because I wanted to make that point concise so that you could understand it. As I said before, this will be the last time I ever into a dialogue with you. This isn't me being on tilt, or yelling and screaming at you. There is just nothing constructive that can come from a conversation with you so I will choose to no longer do so. I'm actually quite calm and rational about it.

You can continue to state how we exploited the run game or roster size, but the simple fact of the matter is we won the USA Pro title. My roster size will actually be bigger next season -- I think we'll have 80+. The odds are we won't repeat, but we'll have fun trying. Good luck next season TSE, you can rest easy now, you won't have to worry about me yelling at you or telling you that your team sucks any longer.

Not sure why you had to say that 5 times, I heard you the first time. If you don't think he would then why suggest him in the first place for it? You are one on-tilt guy whenever I make a simple inquiry into anything you say or do, and then you respond with shouting and threats and insults, what is the deal with you?

I'll use this offseason to brush up on my reading skills, or should I work more heavily towards trying to improve my team from sucking so much, what ratio of time involvement should I spend on each, 50/50? 70/30? I have to ask, cause I want to learn from the grandmaster of GLB that knows the game as well as you apparently do with your profound and totally not redundant assessment of my team's quality. <------- sarcasm

Yeah I thought there was a forum and solid representation from a lot of teams, it would be a shame if it was scrapped at this point.
