just face it, every season we all get bent over and the vaseline gets applied, or maybe they forget the vaseline but it always happens one way or another.

I don't know if you are joking or not, but if you are serious, you should put a little * by MM's conference trophy.
Our scrimmage game against the Cheetahs makes sense now. They used an exploit pass play against a Cover 2 defense 40+ times for over 600 yards. I wondered how they had found out about that play...now I know.

I got to hand it to jrry32 he was as much in their face about this whole thing than just about anyone else. If he is a tester then he's one hell of an actor.

TBQH if you say something in a chat then it means that you are stating your opinion or what you think, IMO of course its your opinion or at least we would hope its your opinion...USELESS THINGS TO WRITE IN A THREAD .... IMHO, IMO, and TBQH... its redundant and now I know that since I wrote this it will be used twice as much.... Great

Here's the first thought I had: Because Bort sells this product to customers and he did not offer all the paying customers the same opportunity for a competitive advantage, does that open Bort up to the possibility of a class action lawsuit? If he did not charge the testers more money it would be very likely people could claim that they were defrauded making purchases for this game when they were not being given equal opportunity to win.
Likely he wouldn't have to pay money back to people (although it is a possibility) but he might have to give XP or points to someone who made purchases in lieu of cash payments.

if anyone actually does get a lawyer, there is a legitimate case to be made. someone shoot me a pm if this goes down, I want me some free flex points.

So you'd pay a corporate lawyer $100,000 to take a case that would net you maybe $10 or $20 in damages? That's almost as good as the USFL winning their anti-trust suit against the NFL and collecting that $1 in damages, automatically tripled to $3.

That's not really how it works with class action. They would sue on behalf of all customers and then you could opt-in to the settlement. Costs would come at the lawyer's expense and he would get first cut of any money back. They could also sue for punitive damages and that could be big bucks.
Not that Bort probably has it, mind you, but it could still be sought. I'm just saying that I wonder if he's opened up to this now because of this action he's taken.

When people pay for this shit, it's definitely retarded to have testers that own and GM teams that we all play against. WTF were they thinking?
I've ALWAYS known there's some stupid bullshit going on with the select group of nerds that probably are testers, and share information just within their click.
I don't completely blame Borg, they're all at fault.
I have a feeling, this stuff coming out now is probably the reason some teams folded ahead of time like Philthy, Boston etc.. I wouldn't be surprised at least. I'd say that definitely over half of the people on this site are a piece of garbage.
