im sure it is. Alpha was crap last season. Our defense may be a bit different this season as well due to having a new DC as well.

Bort saw that the issue of Gutting was still going to be a major issue in the game and decided to continue to promo/relegation that he made in order to keep the game balanced. EE Pro is not the only league that got the promo/relegation. And I am sure Randy was not the only person to express their concerns with the problem of gutting. I have preached for seasons in the Suggestions forums to fix the Gutting issue so continued Restructure each season is what I expect to continue.
Not true...They made a big point that only CPU teams were to be relegated...Hence why Randy was upset in the first place...Now, I would be interested in just how many other cases like EEORG there were, where and owner stayed on in a gutted squad...If his is the only one, that makes for a very poor precedent IMO...Singling out is never a good plan...at least to me.

I am glad that randy stood up to make this place more competitive. I'm also glad that support took the time to make sure the league didn't get screwed over by a gutted team.
I'm neither pissed nor happy...What is is what is...The concept of "saving" is exaggerated IMO...One can just see the amount of regs here on the forum (and if yer me-since I only have me to go on-behind the scenes in many cases) the anger that Randy has welled up with postings that literally come off as pompous to the n'th degree, whether intentional or not, they do to many and what a man says is what a man is judged upon...Personally, I don't care about Randy...He's alright in my book....always inspired me (when on Helsinki/EEORG) to want to take his ass down just to see him cover it up in some sort of "competitive league" palabra. But my book is only one of many...and does not nearly write the whole story....and I have a saying that I live by: I am allergic to drama.
I do know that if I was told my team is here and will stay here because of xyz rules...and somebody outside of my team makes a play against my team, whether it is a festering cesspool of CPU players or 40 custom boosting level 44's...and what I was told before does not apply to my team and my team alone or maybe a handful of other among thousands, after having paid out the wazoo for seasons no less, I'd be a little torqued at pretty much everybody involved and would consider requesting a refund on the product....or at worst pull a free GLB t-shirt. One other clarification: I have no idea if Randy's participation overall in these forums over the seasons has driven people off or not...I would guess it has had a very minimal effect, probably nil...I'd say it was more of a "cherry on top" thing for those that finally got fed up with the game (which has had and continues to have a sh*t ton of issues that could drive many a player insane) and they left with a "Oh thank God that guy is out of my life" thing going on....
It may not be nice to say about the guy...but as I said before...What is is what is.
The only part I'm truly sad about for him is he's getting railed here and on top he is married...which means he doesn't get ass either...(Yep...Joke folks...Lighten up...'cept for the finding me a good WR...Let's stay serious about that part)

EE Pro is so weak that I chose it over USA Pro, Canada Pro and South Asia Pro. Jeeze, Randy, you're a real whiner. Why do all the other leagues use a system successfully that you feel is broken?
