Do you even know how cash works in this game? We haven't even had a home game yet and I don't have the 1.5 million loan. I am using my cash to add more seats to the stadium. I add 200 seats, they sell at the beginning of the day and I take that profit and add more seats. We've sold out the first four home games already.

Yearly payroll is: 1.3 Million for Beer Town. I'll make that in concessions by week 8. I don't have a bunch of greedy free agents on my team. No one is making more than $40k a year.
