I'd like to see this done.

I kinda like this idea. I would ask that it start with lvl 1 anyway, and all new owners in this league would start at that level. That way, you get to build the team from scratch and learn as you go. It'll also help to perpetuate the league, as people will build players just for the Iron Leagues. I like the roster size of 15, but I would like a roster size of 11 better. This is the way Football was played 100 years ago. It was a rough game, and the guys earned every bit of the prestige they got.

14 was the smallest Pro football team on record.

If you have starters at every position that's 24, over the roster min of 20.

The Dirtiest Game

Haugsrud, Nevers and Blood all agreed that the next game, in Providence, was the dirtiest football game ever played. The hometown officials kept penalizing Duluth, while the Steamroller got away with everything. The culmination came about halfway through the fourth quarter, when Blood caught a pass from Nevers and was knocked out of bounds on the five-yard line. The Eskimos were promptly hit with three consecutive 15-yard penalties, moving them back to the 50.

So the Eskimos ran a most unusual play. Haugsrud described it: "Russ Method, a terrific blocker, threw a block at the referee that knocked him out. Five of our linemen put five of their linemen out of action. Jimmy Manion had this trick of jumping into the air feet first and kicking a guy in the teeth, and he did it to the umpire. Meanwhile, Johnny Blood just ran right over the field judge."

One official still had his whistle; he blew it and called off the game. It ended in a scoreless tie.

Someone should have this be their browser start page to bump it each time, imo.

Don't really care about this one way or the other...BUT

There is a whole lot of other things that can be worked on in the regular game before adding something like this. This is a game option that should be add once the main GLB game is finished.

Plus ONe undred milllion dollars!

This is a game option that could be added without taking anything away from time spent on working on the sim

It will take time to set up and resources that could be better used testing the current set up tbh.

That's provided you think that the regular game will ever be finished. This is a good idea and should be looked into seriously.

Has this once stopped Bort from implementing a side project?

And if he can take a little time and make a bunch of agents happy before he gets back to working on the sim, why shouldn't he?

This could be said of many of the things that have been languishing in this EPIC dump pile, why should this one be treated different?

Because this idea is more awesome than all the others combined.
