Seeding is still pretty important, there’s a big difference between playing 3 top teams and 4 top teams in single elimination games.


Tell that to TSE cause he and his team seems to think it wont matter if they are a lower seed and have to face a team like the Mustangs or Nasty in the first round instead of the Bullets or Skyhawks. It means they can work out the kinks with their newly boosted players but they think it doesnt mean shit LOL We will see when the DDL gets booted outta the first round then they will say it was all cause the Warpath boosted early LOL

You don't have to tell me anything about odds, I'm an expert and you are not.

Again, the intention wasn't to lose games on purpose and get a lower seed, the intention was to TRY for a high seed and the XP bonus, cause we need both, being outleveled by some teams, so the goal is to get the best seed possible w/o mortgaging SP points in those very games. It's a calculated risk, if I would have known the future that we would lose 2 out of 3 games in a row, then I'd be more than happy to back 3 games ago and boost to try and maintain the 1 seed throughout.

But that's not how applying science and logic to create a good strategy works. You have to pick your battles and we held on to our XP gains and hoped for the best. It didn't work out, and we lost those 2 games unfortunately. You win some and you lose some, it's all about hedging the bets and I made sound bets at the time before the future knowledge of the outcomes was known.

I don't feel the need nor have any interest whatsoever on patting myself on the back. I'm content with who I am and what I'm doing and what I stand for, this isn't a thread about me!

The only thing that is about me, is the lame efforts for people that like targeting me to try and crack anything I say like they get some special prize or glory for beating me in a debate or a conversation or whatever.

If there's anything I should be patting myself on the back for, it's that I'm apparently so important to so many people out there that they just have to find a way to "get me" or "bring me down", I feel so special that you guys all consider me such a Prime Rib target, but really you should worry less about me and concentrate on more important issues for your team, there's probably some great player out there you could be recruiting right now instead of trying to act like you've got a bigger wiener than me.

I don't know about you, but at least on the Pushovers, the players we have will retire Pushovers. Recruiting over. Most top USA Pro teams are that way.

Wow. Just read that paragraph and tell me your not full of yourself. People don't think your important. People argue with you because your a sore loser and think your better than everyone else. I seem to remember a thread about the Mustangs getting lucky in their win against you (granted, you didn't start the thread but did mention that you had "tricks up your sleeve" for later...another way of saying, "we didn't really try our hardest"). And then claiming that DC was scared and boosted to play DDL. Some members of DC were boosted halfway into the season. Others still aren't boosted. Your not special. Noone is afraid of you or your team. Your just another classless chump who makes excuses after every loss.

As for you being "important" because other people try to "cut you down", your the one who starts the thread calling out Tim Harper. Your doing EXACTLY what your claiming everyone else is doing. So is that because of jealousy? Is that because he's so "important" and "special" to you? Because you claim that the only reason people call you out is because you are "so important to them." Not to mention that I see twice as many people try to cut Hogglife down (though some of it may be deserved ) so if your a "prime rib" target, does that make him a "filet mignon" target? Perhaps a "kobe beef" target? Just because people don't like you doesn't mean your important to them.

Yea, there might be 1-2 people per season we add/replace, but we're really set for the long haul.

If you didn't feel the need to publicly justify every move to prove you're right, you would have a much different image. Ronin and I own teams which are more successful than yours at his particular moment, but you don't see us with images like that. It's because we're good winners and losers and don't have members of our team who aren't.

?! Ok, good luck with that strategy, so the Pushovers aren't going to be adding new players in the future, ok I will keep my eye on that claim down the road, good luck with that strategy!

TSE Just settle down. Everyone on our team enjoys being on our team and that's all that matters. We are having fun we are doing well, we are making the playoffs our first time in the USA Pro League and we are going to continue to grow together as a team. What else do you really need to let these guys know about our team other than what they see put on the field?

Can Raves be the official spokesperson for DDL from now on? I like how he thinks.
