Suggestion:

Interception Machine:

Each level of Interception Machine gives the CB a 2% chance to gain a 2% bonus per level to his interception score and a 1% penalty per level to the QB's Pass Quality.

Jump the route: +2% to vision and jumping and/or catching on routes outside the hashmarks. Lots of VAs / SAs are based on the yard marker, why not the hash. Could also be limited to be active when less than 2 miutes in a half when teams are trying to kill the clock. Defensive counter to Clock Manager.

lol I'll get around to it when I update the OP. I'm focusing most of my forum time on bigger, more important suggestions and team stuff

Suggestion:

Drive Killer:

Each level of Drive Killer gives a +5% bonus to the interception roll when leading with less than 30 seconds left in the 2nd or 4th quarters. In addition, each level of Drive Killer extends the bonus by an additional 30 seconds into the quarter.

Might have to drop the pass penalty so multiple players don't stack it in zone coverage.

Gambler VA - Defense

This player takes risks while playing pass defense. For every point in the Gambler VA, this player suffers a 1% penalty to deflecting passes, but gains a 3% bonus to intercepting passes.

I like that, anything that gives a bonus to INT's should involve some kind of risk. That is the way it goes in an actual game. If you jump a route and miss the pick, you're in some trouble

Since there is a huge list of shit va's, I thought I would get this started. All input is appreciated as long as it isn't OMG Fix ur builds.
Will update defense/attribute ones in a bit. Here are General Offensive ones.

Adrenaline Junkie: This needs a major buff, I would bet that less than 2% of wl players have this damn thing... How about 5% less energy lost when getting tackled or making a tackle? I still don't know anyone who would take this thing...

Blocking Back: Instead of a bonus to vision, how about a buff to strength as well. Make it a viable va, When I think of a blocking back I think of MJD Knockin out a sucker. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTbCtjX_y0w Should be some what of a boost to strength as well.

Clever Instinct: There is less than a 5% chance this damn va works, BORT CHECK THE CODING, every player at every high level will tell you, "AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE" Any reason it doesn't work? Better check the coding bc ask anyone IT DOESN'T WORK....

Nerves of steel: Shouldn't give both players the chance at the re roll, pretty much useless on most players, to have a % chance to re roll is a pretty terrible va, and nobody with aspirations of winning will pick this damn thing.

Pulling Lineman I hate this va already. It isn't powerful enough, and there isn't enough outside plays to make this at all. Should be deleted and just tied into outside blocker... Since OB only works on pitch plays, this is a pretty terrible va, make it worthy of a selection?

Punishing runner if I invest 15 va's into this I get a 30% chance to double my opponents energy loss? lol... so most wl line backers end the game at 90-95 energy, if a guy plays 70 plays with no backup looking at 85 energy, so lets assume this guy gets tackled by said line backer 15 times in a game, I would have a 30% chance on each of those attempts to double that energy loss. So if I had lottery luck, and it fired on every single snap that line backer would end the game at about 70 energy? lol..... This needs a serious buff. Should be something along the line of "Every mis tackle gives this player a +1 bonus to confidence stamina, or something that would be possibly viable

Slot Machine: The vision bonus on this should be moved to agility. Slot guys are the most agile guys on the field, and agility plays a bigger role in receiving than vision, I definitely think it should be a 1% bonus to agility

Thick Skin: This needs to be removed from the game, or at the very least, buff TT/snarl/growl/and the glare, currently if you see a player with more than 5 tt or snarl, you are browsing the market place or a gutted AA roster....

Defense

David Vs Goliath:
The greatest VA ever, I no longer need strength on my line backers.... The biggest problem with this va is, going forward I Can go 60 str 77 tackle, and have a run stuffing, pd'ing machine who will be a tackling god.... This needs a 70 str minimum, and can't work when over matched by like 20 strength or something. Just too damn powerful... I love it, it makes my crappy players better, but it should be a SYM counter, and should only fire behind the LOS or something. Something needs to be re worked on it...

Never Give Up: This is a pretty terrible va as well, I don't know what to say about it other than it should be deleted so some sucker doesn't get stuck with it by mis clicking it

ShowBoat How about 3% chance to reduce stamina and morale. As it stands now this is an un usable va, maybe if it gave a stamina hit it might actually be an option??

Attribute Va's. I think these should be completely re done to position specific/costly.

Example.
Speed = .3 for hb/wr/qb cb de lb... .5 for fs/ss/te/fb. +1 for oline/dt's, make them more position friendly, then maybe you would see a pulling guard specializing in 15 track star instead of it being a no no va....

So many options, but all of these could be reworked IMO.

Mr. Trash Talk

This player really knows how to press people's buttons and get inside your head. He also builds off his opponents frustration by playing even harder the next down.

Everything this player makes a tackle, fumble, or interception there is a 3% chance to demoralize the player who was hit by 2%. Everytime this is successful the player who made the tackle, fumble, or interception gets a 1% increase in morale and a .2 boost in speed and Strength but only directly after that play
