The vertical seems to point to basketball. But I am still holding out for something different.
"Conditioning" makes me think it's soccer. Of course that could apply to any sport but they use that exact term a lot in soccer. And you need vertical to be good at headers.

Soccer would make sense considering the admins love for it. I guess I just didn't picture vertical behind a huge part of it. But I guess for headers and goalie shit it would make some sense.
