Jordan was clearly better than Pippen. Shaq was clearly better than Kobe during those three championships. Obviously players need to have solid teammates in order to win (hence the reason LeBron hasn't), but it doesn't seem like Kobe ever carried his team to a title the way some of the all-time greats have done.
