I'm glad we're not 1 - 15. That would be embarrassing.

The New York Launch 7-9? I find that hard to believe. Those guys crushed us. They've always had our number. Pittsburgh used to crush us as well. We haven't played them yet but man they've lost some people in the off-season. It's hard to keep a team going when you can't keep your people. Then again, it happens in the NFL as well, unless you're the Lions or Cardinals.

The loss to Detroit hurt them a lot. They also have a lot of tough games left, like Milwaukee, Columbus, Indianapolis, Minnesota, St. Louis, and New Orleans. I wonder if they recently lost a lot of players or something.

Kind of odd, but this will be our third game against New York . First one that counts. We've played them as much as most of the teams in our conference.

You got a point there. Can't argue that. We're all friendly until we hit the gridiron. After that, it's blood and guts. Hopefully a lot of ball bustin' by my Ballbusters also.

We actually improved greatly this season. It is really showing, too! Excluding the Naperville game, we have yet to play a single game this season where the average level of our guys (both starters and the entire roster) was lower than the opponent. Coaching and special teams are our issues and I plan on quickly rectifying the first one.
Watch us lose this game v. New Orleans. Their highest rated guy is a L24. We have twenty - TWENTY! - guys of equal or greater level. I also find that the builds of said players range from adequate to fantastic, so it isn't a case of being "useless" high levels. That said, we'll still lose. And I am to blame for it.
We have already scored more offensive touchdowns this season than last season (23 to 16), we have turned the ball over all of five times, top five in completion percentage, yards per rush, and least drops. Wins, though, that's another story. 12 last season ... three so far.

The Poison have really been a thorn in our sides. They're a team that is never rated that high level-wise, yet they play a FANTASTIC game. I have to give credit where credit's due. They obviously have a great game plan. I hope to finally beat them this season.

Well, the first problem I can see with them is that they trot out an identical roster no matter who is on the field. It seems like you are playing Skynet. The game could go ten quarters and they'd still have another group of fresh L21 players. And, you can safely assume that if they took all of this time to craft a solid, balanced roster that they are also smart enough to have solid builds all the way around. Hence the problems they cause.
Plus, the owner likes 80's hair metal, so he is awesome.
Back on topic, when I said "watch us lose this game" I didn't mean it like when people say, "yeah, watch it happen to me." I literally meant we are going to lose and it will piss me off some more. Hat for hat, we should be in the Top 4 of the conference, hands down. Yet, we are not which proves that I am getting my pants coached off by, well, everyone. And that infuriates me to no end because I hate losing and I hate losing tenfold when I am the main cause of it. Clearly, I don't know what the fuck I am doing here.
