Hey, I'm only voting for the East. Can't help it that the West has a bunch of inactive owners this season who don't participate :-).

Been busy with work and the like. Will be going over this shortly to get a team setup. Part of the issue is that I don't know much about the other players, so it's difficult to vote on a pro-bowl type team.

I'll get to it in a day or 2.

im actually not surprised at all. we dont have that one guy that dominates.. its all a collective effort, no one really stands out too much from another. and to be honest, i like it that way. we have to be one of the hardest teams in the league to game plan for, because its a different guy that steps up each week.

oh, and id still put north texas ahead of us, hell of a team.

When I put the Round Rock ballot together I tried to focus on difference makers at each position as well as the over all strength of the team. I really wasn't focused on trying to make sure each team was represented. I only noticed when I published the ballot that I hadn't selected any of the Heat's players. At that point I wished I could have gone back and moved hoax up as our first selection for GM/Owner of the season.

Fact is, you guys are a true team and you get it done every week without any one single superstar. As you say, every game someone else is the difference maker with the ultimate goal being winning the game rather than individual glory. This is the same type of model we in Round Rock are striving for.

Best of luck tomorrow. Should be a heck of a game.

When I was reading your selections, I thought you should have had Hoax at #1. No slight to Binestar, quite the opposite in fact. What's happened for Rochester this season comes from the moves and decisions Binestar made last season. This season for Rochester has been about minor tweaks to get the most of what was in place. Within the confines of this particular season, I think most would find it hard to argue that anyone has done more for his team than Hoax.

As far as lobbying for my guys, note:
-Troy Vogel led the east in PR yards and had a solid season on PR AND on defense.
-For our offenseive line, look at what your top pass rushers did against us (typically nothing). We also had a heavy rotation, so Friglade, for instance got 70 pancakes splitting time almost evenly with Peppers.
-On defense Stopper has already gotten some notice and deserves it.
-and our punter Dvorak was a beast again this season.

I agree here, I looked long and hard at your O-Line and they performed great as a unit especially since you were splitting plays. Similar to Friglade, Moving Bowels on the HOF was a back up with an almost 60/40 split behind Hoe Cake and got 80.

This really is a great thread. I remember thinking this should be done earlier in the year and then it turned out my conference is the ones to do it. So great work guys! Let me tell you from an agent's perspective, it really is a good feeling to see one of your players up there and getting recognition from other teams. It really is appreciated and makes this conference that much better than the rest.

That is a good point, I was focusing more on team turn around, rebounds after losses, roster management, team finances, stadium etc. Sanderval has been great for the conference, just wish he would show up again. We see you online Sand why are you avoiding us? And good luck today!

Hey we could make a song a bit like westlife's mandy but replace that with sandy. Or would that be a bit odd?

Yeah, you have no idea how much it was to not type 'SUCKS' after Tebow too. It is a muscle memory thing. :-).
