yeah, there is some url you can go to to actually watch the game while it is simming, well, you dont watch it, you just see the plays as they are happining (in words, like the play by play).

You take this game way too seriously dude. I doubt Tim Harper (or most people who play GLB) need GLB to validate themselves. Bragging extensively on this game (and trying to make yourself look super intelligent) is about the lamest thing you can do.

The fact is, it is a simple browser-based game. It doesn't take much intelligence or cleverness or wit to succeed.

btw, your thread title is pretty fail too. Sure GLB is football, but I don't think many people would call online gaming a true "man's game."

This isn't just a football game like we are squaring off playing Tecmo Bowl.

Tim Harper and I have a LOT of duties, we have to recruit/manage, plan, scout, etc. etc., it's a lot of hard work and time consuming to create and build and consistently manage a team, it's the very essence of what good old fashioned hard work is all about, you have to be responsible, intelligent, committed, time invested, heart invested, shrewd, wise, everything man, it's as much of a man's game as anything is.

Actually, TSE has a AAA Championship in season 2, arguably a lot tougher to get than season 1 when everyone but the alpha players didn't know what the hell they were doing.

IMHO, season 1 records/trophies are a wash.

Trophies don't mean jack squat to me anyhow, I could care less about them. My whole life I have acquired various trophies for different things, many times I wouldn't even leave the event with them in my possession, other times I just took them home and threw them in the trash.

I'm all about the game and the spirit of the game and symbolic trophies are just clutter in my eyes. I just consider material objects to be dust collectors personally. If an object doesn't carry out a function or a purpose that I can use then I'm not interested in keeping it.

I'm 29 years old and I have never owned a single photograph. When I get birthday cards in the mail from my grandmother, I read the message and put them immediately in the trash.

Ummm AAA trophies mean nothing in the Pros. We are talking Pro Championship trophies. Every year in real football a team in the Canadian Football league wins a Championship but for a million dollars I could not tell you one Champion ever in the CFL. Why cause it doesnt matter the only thing that matters is who wins the Super Bowl in the NFL. But ya good job on your meaningless trophy. Get back to me when you get a Pro trophy like the "2" I have!!!!!
