Dude, are you even following this conversation? It's not about the whole team getting a boosting edge, its about a simple law of probability that 1 out of 5 stand chance to gain 1 more level, thats it man!

You're an idiot if you think 20 SPs spread across the team that are extra here are going to automatically determine who wins the game. I'm not saying the game is won or lost solely on these 20 SPs.

All I'm saying, and I'm going to be VERY VERY VERY CLEAR so it doesnt go over your head.

You can have an extra 20 SPs, or you can have no SPs extra. I choose the extra 20. It may not change the world or be an unbearable amount to overcome, but why yield the 20 SPs to you if I don't have to. Think of it as a measley 20 yards if you want. Is 20 yards really going to decide the balance of the game? No, but it could, and that small chance it could for that small edge, well it's better to have than not to have it, cause that is called logical strategy. Take the small percentage boost when you can, cause if the game is 51% to 49% and I can get it to 52% or 53%, well I want those extra bullets on my side, JUST IN CASE.



So all in all you are saying if each of your starters had just one more, 1 MORE SP point you would have not lost 25-10????????????????????????????

Man slow down dude, really you are starting to get lost in your own BS here. I never said that, we're not even talking about this game now, we are talking about 200 pts in a playoff game. What you had today was half your team 3 levels higher, which is 20 x 3 x 5 SPs, that's a whole different topic than this playoff differential. Why are you getting so confused, talk about one thing at a time so you dont get confused.

No it doesnt matter WHEN we play them, it could be the first game or the last game of the playoffs. Either way, our guys will have 200 XP every single day more than they had if they didn't have it. Whenever the game in the playoffs comes up with HOgglife, if you were to retroactively remove the 200 pts, plain and simple, you are taking away with the greatest of probability, 8 guys by 1 level each.

200 exp is useless by itself. It's the level that matter since we can use that 5 SP. Sitting at 200/1000 is no different then sitting at 0/1000.

That 1% or 2% or 3% better is not gonna matter as a #6 seed. You can look at the Extreme and say they did it but hey that doesnt mean you will. I think being the #2 seed would have helped out more than that small fraction you are talking about son!

Losing the game isn't strategy for the playoffs, where do you get off making these asinine claims. Why would "losing" be a strategy in itself?

We didn't intend to lose. We played expecting and hoping to win. We would like the #1 seed if we could, that is the ideal spot. But what we don't want to do is give up level advantages to the other teams that already have higher leveled guys than us, our only option is to gain on them or not let the gap widen. Anything else is just not correct logic given the circumstances of not needing money, and having to milk as much as we can in closing the level discrepancies to the other teams.

Overthinking? I'm thinking exactly how it is, how am I overthinking? There's nothing to overthink here, all we are discussing is the issue of 200 XP and how does it affect the levels. I've clearly shown the numbers, and the affects, they are real and they are accurate, I have thought it out clearly and there isn't any more or less to it, that's it.
