With your projected build, I'd go with Juke and fake% gear (double if possible). All the top tree SA are great for a scat back, (except Spin because you aren't going to break many tackles with or without it). IMO, Head Fake is also optional, definitely sacrifice that for more Juke.
You don't need any of the power back SA's (all though Cover up is nice, but it isn't a must have SA).
That's what I think as well, but wasn't sure if the 'threw out' bit wasn't as much got rid of but put out there style. I'd do the start of this build different next time and could get 90 carrying with 80 strength (+ the rest) if I was to go this path again. I'm pretty sure of how I'm going to build this player and am pretty happy with it even though there is room for improvement. It is my first sHB, and it's been over 20 seasons since I started building a HB. It's been fun so far!
Now my WR is for me an even more exciting prospect considering how it's projected end build is going to be.
