where is the advantage seriously everyone on a multi agent team has the same freaking opportunities to build their dots and set their tactics the same dang way 1 agent teams do. if you have agents that are building scrub dots and aren't setting tactics and assigning VAs as requested. then you as a owner are failing because you are choosing to own and run a team with people that aren't trustworthy. there is no freaking advantage for 1 agent teams. if anything 1 agent teams are at a disadvantage because we have to spend so much time building so many players and doing all the work on the team.

I think you made my case for me. You don't have to deal with agents suddenly going inactive, not setting the tactics you want, agents getting stylish with builds, agents missing boosts, etc, etc, etc. you take all of the random BS out of things. You can't seriously call all owners who have had issues with this kind of stuff bad owners. You call it opportunity that may be correct because take away all those things and it is called certainty. Not everyone is part of networks or have long established agents building for them season after season. I have run both type of teams. My one agent teams were far better than the multi-agent teams. Multi-agent teams are generally funner to me though.

Hi, seeing it’s my team you single out - I figure I’ll retort.

I made my team purely because, being a newbie to GLB I had no network and my players would never get recruited (I assume because they are poorly built), no1 in their right mind would allow me to OC/DC their team and fundamentally it’s a hostile, frosty and unwelcoming place. Fortunately I enjoy the game immensely; money isn't a concern and so making a team was an obvious option.

I'm not stat-padding players; I rush a lot because it's effective in lower level leagues - my pass game will emerge in a few seasons. I think it's inappropriate to make an analogous comparison of my team and that other guy who owned half a conference and brand us both cheaters, that isn't fair - please just let me bumble around aimlessly with my team in peace.

I can see an advantage but I think it more in the trenches than in the glamor positions. You can develop your Oline and Dline to play in a specific way which compliments what you are trying to do with your overall game strategy.
Now you could try and recruit players to fit that mold but it would be very difficult. Especially in today's game where quality free agents are rare.
I am not saying the advantage is unfair but it is there.

I can only offer contract to Dots that people have made. Whether they accept or not is out of my hands. You can have a good multi agent team. You can have agents commit their dots to your team and build what you need. I have a couple of them myself, But its hard to fill out a roster fully with Dots you need to fit your scheme. My teams are pretty much fine with the Dots i have, There are a few spots i would like to upgrade but nothing major.

Since about S10 or so, the best way to compete has been to build a team from scratch with a plan in mind. Some do that via a network. Some supply build plans. Some just get together with a handful of agents that build great dots. The common thread is that the agents all commit to that team until it folds or the dots go into decline.

It's really not any different from a one agent team.

The disadvantage is that you only have one opinion on how to best achieve success. I have seen some really good and some pretty bad one agent teams.

Let it be known that you have even the slightest interest in doing either and you will have 30 teams asking you to do both.

One agent teams have dead team forums. And if your dots are arguing over playing time, that is like arguing with yourself, and if you lose an argument with yourself, you my friend are crazy.

Having a one agent team is like masturbation to a newly bought porno. Sure you are getting off, but you did it by yourself. You may get the gratification if you win, but after you are done you will feel empty and nobody to share the joy with and realize how much you just spent to feel that way.
