GLB2 is pretty fun, if for no other reasons than it was a fresh reset (1st gen by far the most fun), and player building has way more attributes and way less spreadsheets.

Building for now instead of a year and a half down the line is definitely a nice aspect of 2.

Except that the attributes are irrelevant. I spent a few thousand points on tackling technique only for my missed tackles to shoot way up.

My GLB2 player is on a CPU team. The team has a "Buy Team" button on the team page. I decided to buy that team and experience team ownership on GLB2. I'm not allowed to buy that team because it is not a rookie team. There are no rookie teams available so you have to get on a waiting list. I got on the list and then changed my mind and got back off of it. Why put a "Buy Team" button on a team's page if someone interested in buying the team isn't allowed to do so?

Tbh I don't like GLB 2 because I'm use to this one... GLB 2 looks more like an arcade game to me, it's just not the same as this.
The league/team structure isn't as good, the replays are kind of childish looking, and the whole website layout itself is blah...

I am not bashing it or anything, I'm just saying I like the old one a lot more for a few reasons.
