roll all the way. its a near miracle if you cant find what you need in less tokens than it costs to build.

thats assuming your going for % pieces only, not trying to win the lottery and find a 5% catch ball with a +3 speed or something

That's not even counting the BT cost up to that level which would be around 9 more points to fill that attribute.
that's another 270 BT's to cover that...Total cost of the perfect piece for that level player would be 395 BT's for 1 Piece of AEQ if bought right out.

It only costs 50 BTs for the +3, and whether you roll or buy you still have to pay 50 BTs for the +3. The cost of the 5% piece you roll in the store does factor in, but usually they cost 19 or so BTs. Let's say you get it in 10 rolls. That's 30 BTs, plus 19 BTs for the eq cost, so 49 BTs, and then 350 to fully upgrade and +3, so that's 399, whereas building it would cost 425 BTs.

Plus, on various positions when you roll early you can get a good 5% in less than 10 rolls. WR you can usually roll a 5% catch in 5-8 rolls lv 41-51.

Eventually you get what you need. The 3rd is the hardest but you save so many BT's by rolling for the 1st 2 you still come out ahead.

I have never rolled for the 4th piece. i only have 3 AEQ dots so maybe building the would be necessary so you don't have to stop multi-training earlier.

I usually multi-train up until day 220, 228 max.

I have not built a full piece of AEQ since season 18 or earlier.

I always get the AEQ I want, I do not settle

I build quite a few dots to plateau . They might not be good dots but their AEQ always kicks ass.

Few things are as frustrating as rolling for gear - for some builds it is nearly impossible.

Every now and then I decide to screw myself and try it again, but I always regret it. It sucks ass.

This is my problem. I've been known to go all "Tin Cup" on the re-roll button. 500 BTs later, the build is shot.
