why not address line by line everything that was said with full disclosure? by doing nothing you are only hurting your future customer base for glb 2. the customer base is going to look at this entire scenario and take the side of the guy who has something to say, and already said all you will do is deny, deny, deny. so right now by not allowing full disclosure you are proving him correct.

Honestly does it really matter how long he's been a GLB member? a customer is a customer regardless of time invested

I was curious in the manner he was asking and since I saw he didn't show anything of an investment.In the players and team and his amount of time been on the site.I wanted to better understand why he came off so mad and demanding answers as though he had a investment but from looking at his homepage it just came off to me he wanted to complain to complain.So that's why I asked WHY or what had his panties in a knot so bad.
