That's what I told all the agents that signed with Moe's. I plan on rotting most of their dots.

Hey, thanks for signing my guy to your sinking ship. Why on earth would I make a dot in the future for your team when you give up before game one?

Why, if you want to be a great team, are you accepting auto offers from agents?

I don't expect ever to be on a great team, but I do appreciate owners that seem to appreciate what agents have done for their team, bringing their dot in, boosting him, etc, to declare that the season is a wash before it starts is demoralizing. Teams like this should start with a -50 in team morale.

So, before you tell your team you are packing it up before the first game, consider the time, money and energy each of the current agents on your team have spent to be a part of your team.

Thank You for pointing this out.

As an owner, I have learned something new today. I would have never thought to not do this. My team thanks you.

8 SEASON PLAN FOR MY PEEWEE TEAM

Sorry guys, but we are probably going to need to reset the roster every season.

also, im not saying there arent shitty owners out there but theyre easily avoidable.

ill give you a hand on getting on better teams.
1. dont whine. unless youre lexden11. all he does is cry
2. build better dots. idk how well you build since you have no one above level 7.
3. ask questions about the scheme, coordinators, history etc. but don't ask extremely stupid questions
4. make friends with quality agents. hiding from the forums and then coming out of no where complaining that an owner is bad isnt a great way to have good agents like you.
5. just enjoy the game. youre in rookie. who the fuck cares if your owner is trying? its all random.

I've built many dots before. lol. Who's hiding? I've posted other things in the forum. Yes, anyone that disagrees with you is a 'stupid agent'. that attitude is more likely why this community is small. you have yet to prove yourself not an elitist ass just looking to flame people.

What's NOT cool is to post a very strongly-written opinion and then, in the face of disagreement and derision, backpedal away from it at Warp 2 with comments like "I was just being snarky" or "Well, I really don't care about it at all anyway."

If you didn't care, you wouldn't have posted in the first place, nor would you be replying so much, so clearly you care. The more you post "I don't really care!", the more it seems you really do care. So, that's not working anyway.

As for "I was just being snarky," nothing about your OP or topic seems snarky at all, and you have a thread full of readers who didn't think you were being snarky either. Either we're all terrible at reading comprehension (and some of us are, but not everyone), or you're terrible at conveying snark in your writing and need to work on that. I'll leave it to you to decide which is more likely.

When a writer plays the "You all just don't understand me!" card, it's such a cop-out. It's basically the writer trying to dodge the need for any self-improvement at all.

That's still on you, sorry, I was clear from the beginning that I wasn't 'whining' and I know what I meant. Perhaps the issue is the active forum members waiting around to jump on any little thing. That seems pretty clear to me. Nothing new in forum communities for the elders to gang up and be a collective prick to people.
