Well they should have an opc where we can submit plays for approval at least.

Each season people develop plays. Admins choose x # of plays to approve and put em up for voting. Top 1-2 plays get added?

Or fix bad plays. I think each play should be effective in some fashion, and defensible in some fashion. Voting system for plays? If anything, it would provide the general masses with an idea of which plays people like.

I like the idea someone had about choosing 50-100 plays at the beginning of the season that your team can run.. You choose ur teams playbook and each team would have a different set of plays/formations they run.
That way we can add 50 new plays but it wouldn't make things that much more difficult for DC's cuz the offense is limited in which plays they choose

Not a bad idea, but in the lower levels a player develops so much quicker. What doesn't work game 1 might be a good play week 14. I could bring up a bunch of suggestions stemming from here but I'd imagine it being futile.

It's pretty gratifying to see other people keep my ideas alive long after I give up on them.

I know they did this before but I don't think they do it every season cause I've not seen anything advertised about it. Trust me I'd be creating plays if I knew they were still doing that.

Adding new formations will do nothing but increase the size of DAI and the work needed to build them, scout and game plan. Hard to find people to DC now, and making it harder isn't a good idea for the game.
Nothing wrong with adding new plays, but I like the fact that each formation seems to have a "flavor" and would hate to see that go away.

I've won 2 wl titles with the fastest team on glb, and I have won a wl title with the slowest team in the wl

Already has for the most part.

Wouldn't be as slow developing if the play was executed correctly. RB takes 1-3 steps one direction, defense drifts that way, RB cuts back quick, gets the handoff, defense is off balance. Shouldn't take more than a half second longer than your typical play. Not like a reverse or draw would.
If you remember correctly that is exactly how counters worked when they first came out and they were super OP'd.

We have pushed that idea hard over the seasons. Haven't really heard any real comment on it either way.

unlimited OPC and DPC in preseason
For game 1 Offensive and defense has to take 25 plays max with them using a say 4 or so formations. Hell preset the formations pass heavy, run n gun, balanced, heavy rush
if a play is determined to be a glitch then it is removed and the offense or defense can create a new play in its place.
gives us a reason to try in preseason and also lets each team form their own identity

You still aren't getting why the OPC would be ridiculous.
