lol I currently have a G with 108 natural blocking. He pretty much is "meh"

I've also done the K/P experiment. Best one was good kicking <50 FGs, KOs averaged 60 yds. Punts only did 32 average. May try again with a punter who kicks.

Did a WR with 135 SPD, 100 CATCH, 95 AGI, 80 JUMP, 73 VIS. If the ball got to his hands, he was automatic. Problem was, he didn't get open as much in the upper levels and QBs didn't force him the ball.

Did a Power Rec TE with 140 SPD, 92 STR, 90 AGI and 75 CATCH. He also was 6'8 280 lbs, so despite the 90 AGI, he didn't get open as much.

Did a Hard Hitting FS with 118 TACK and 90 STR with 125 SPD, trying to make a Jack Tatum/Steve Atwater type guy. He didn't force as many fumbles as I thought he would at all. Seems like STR matters more than TACK in that area

Even though I'm in the twilight of building, I'm learning why the attributes are what they are and that physics does matter in building dots.

Why did you choose to build that way? Wouldn't something like 140 spd, 103 agi, 95 catch 77 jmp 68 vis be better while focusing on fakes and creative route running ?

That was the 1st time I tried going extreme CATCH. Maybe it would work if a QB showed preference in his tactics. A higher AGI to make cuts like u suggested would be my next direction if I tried again

6 TEs, and ST archetype on 1 of the OL units here. idea being we'd operate exclusively from SBB and Big I, use the ST OL for the screen game. took Aura too, thinking the pancake numbers would be higher.

same team, trying a swat DL and gang tackle on all the front 7. holler at me in 5-6 ssns and I'll let you know what works. lol

Practically the opposite model on this squad.... http://goallineblitz.com/game/roster.pl?team_id=1489

9 WRs on offense, all pass archetype OL, primarily running pass plays from 3+ WR formations.

Defense has 9 CBs, and the majority of the defense is Dime and Quarter....occasional Dime 3-2-6 and Nickel plays mixed in.

I've built some agility based WRs and TEs to be YAC focused. They look great at times. I think they have a place if the OC can use them correctly. Otherwise they are just sub par WRs.

blitzing CB sounds like the easy way to do it. Then you don't have to worry about catching/vision. You can just build a break tackle KR/PR with some tackling and extra stamina.

Yeah, when is the last time coverage dots got any love in the sack/hurry/fumble era? If your dot is good enough, the QB looks to another receiver. Jumping is an attribute that goes both ways, but tackling and catching aren't.

Easier to make an elusive HB/returner that does both. Might not be a threat as a scat, but should be able to run. You just need a healthy dose of stamina.

Have a few builds in progress

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4257948
http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4318460

Red Zone WR and TE

http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4318481

Pass Blocking HB

Also have a pass rushing archetype DT that's been doing sort of ok at max level, as well as a couple of stupid high speed builds that are coming up. The only experimental build that actually had success would be my all-fake CB returner (lolbuildefficiency) that won 3 ST MVPs in CasPro (lolcasual).

Mostly wasted flex all around though. Oh well, gonna keep trying stupid crap. Even a blind squirrel... right?

Wow a blocking HB. That's a lot of flex for a blocker
