But yeah, I admittedly don't know the competition. I personally feel that forum presence is more important than half a dozen checkboxes and drop downs...and as always, the best choices are people that wouldn't want the job (but would still do it). You'd actually be on my very short list of people that would be a decent mod Warhawk.

FWIW, the best thing I could probably say in my own support is that I've probably already made all the mistakes a moderator could make on other internet forums.

I would say I made all of the mistakes a moderator could make on this site, but I never made a mistake.

Besides one time I second guessed locking a thread then had to lock it again shortly after.

While I don't post too often in them (except sometimes in GD) I do read them.
