I made my suggestion. I am done debating. Just feel really bad for new people trying to figure this game out.

Somebody's just mad because they decided to not read even the BOLD on the training screen and their build got slightly fucked up.

I hate it too, but I have learned to aim for 98%. I will add SP in order to make the training gain reduced enough to get my train to 98% instead. You still hit the breakthroughs sometimes (and having added the SPs it makes the breakthroughs even worse), but that happens less often than the overtrain.

The reason for it is because the accumulated training% doesn't show decimals.

It's not "broken." It adds a random percentage added onto the stated percentage, like up to 5% I think (there's a Q&A on it somewhere). I've learned to shoot for 97%, but I think it should be more intuitive.

So what you're suggesting is to "fix" the training percentages to an exact amount and remove the modifier. OK, not a bad idea.

Yes - I posted the Q&A link back on page 1.

Obviously trying to aim at 99% is just inviting disaster. I do sympathise with the OP a little though - because the training percentages, whilst being approximate, are systematically slightly larger than the displayed values at low attribute levels - so he never really stood a chance.

Some great replies though in here

one thing that would help is if the training pages dynamically updated somehow...there are times when after you switch something that what you see isn't even the actual approximation UNTIL you hit update, which, if you aren't using the auto-training, you wouldn't do and might just hit "train."

Always double check that the approximations you are seeing are accurate when you make changes
