So now, if we can back on topic.

There needs to be a way, where you can build a dot on any day and have him be close to a dot that was built between day 40-48. Whether its having the SP and TP the same as a non boosted dot that was created in the offseason, or something along those lines

Could always just make dots created during the middle of the season have the same level/training points/sp points as if created on day -8 during the preseason. That way they have the option to at least catch up and have an opportunity to at least be picked up buy more teams of that age.

I agree. I can't begin to tell you how many new people I've told "The best thing to do would be to retire and recreate on day 40". If you have to wait 18 days to start off on an even playing field, you most likely won't be back.

The only idiot here is you for thinking you can create a dot mid season that will be useful. Stop making a fool of yourself in front of the whole GLB community.

The only time to create a useful dot is between day 40 and day 48. I now propose to stop allowing dots to be made outside these times until GLB can figure put a way to allow Dots to be built at any time and be the same as a dot built between day 40-48.

I'd suggest getting rid of guys like jay who build multies and give out bad advice to newbs, thus ruining their GLB experience. For the first 180 days (or some other logical amount) of an agent's time on GLB, allow them to create a free dot at any day in the season that will be treated as created on day 40 and will be able to auto-age up to age 200 or so.

They don't suffer from creating in the middle of the season.
They can create at a time where their player will actually be playing and not wait for offseason to end.
They don't have to suffer through playing in the minors where no one cares.
They would have the opportunity to retire and recreate their player, giving them time to learn building practices while still getting to play.

Problem solved. Now pay me in flex, GLB.

This only being able to create during a certain window is bullshit...this will frustrate new customers and rightfully so

see I think the hardest part is the timing..

New users log in anytime thats not day 40-48 there is not much to grab them...

nobody is recruiting dots that are behind in builds..

so as a Noob you log in like day 10... you make a dot... you sign with a CPU team.. and nothing....

years ago you could get some chat going on cpu teams.... back in the wait list for teams days... hell I recruited out of D-teams lol..

Seems to me.. there has to be some way to get new playesr who join Not on day 40-48 on to teams with real players,,,

maybe allow rookie season dots that join ANYTIME in 1st season a chance to catch up... give them a 2nd set of boost (if they didn't use a set before rollover) give them the training points they would have earned up till the day they joined... Anything to get them hooked the day they join.. cause after that.. most of them are just gone..
