well finding it in the voting area didn't actually help you find the thread, did it?

but tbh using the > button and Firefox Find, it took me literally like 2 minutes to scroll thru all the thread pages just in case it was still in there somewhere.

But that does raise the point that this was already put to a vote, and is currently over 3-1 in support, but I'm not sure what the threshold is for implementation. But the fact that Bort recommended making another suggestion thread, and the problem is worse now than ever, there finally seems to be some openness to the idea, maybe it should be put up for another vote or something.

I dont think there is a threshold for implementation. Bort is going to do what Bort wants to do. The voting is just to make us think we can influence what he does.

Its just another case of GLB's poor foresight for this game. They waited too long to extend the plateau. They waited way too long to shorten the building process. And they have completed blown it with contracting Nat Pro... something that was suggested at the same time APD and plateau extension. It has been obvious that this was needed a few seasons after implementing the WL.

Don't forget about waiting too long after they killed non-boosters to add the free player slot.

I guess the OCD part of me figured just in case it was a bad link or something (doesn't make sense that the thread was just removed), had to check the manual way to make sure. but apparently, it was.

I think the biggest problem with Pro is that not enough teams demote, so there is a lot of crappy teams that stay there season after season.

Increase the number of teams that demote and make Regional Pro a capped league (under day 240?) and the crap teams will disappear and the level 79s will be in Nat Pro to strengthen the teams that remain.

the problem with natpro is that too many 79s sit in regpro afraid to play with the big boys. what needs to happen is to condense regpro and to set an EL limit in regpro and start forcing players to play where they belong. considering that the game is only balanced at the top level, you make all stats under natpro not count, and you'll see that there are plenty of players to fill the natpro leagues. catering to the statwhores is what drives away so many people.

What about the coordinator problem?

the only way for coordinators to get better is to play and experiment
