Actually I like that. It helps long time owners a little, but without being too ridiculous.

Trophies, fine. Any ACTUAL change to the team (such as morale boost, cheaper rates, etc.) should NEVER happen

This.

I like the concept of giving out a trophy after X seasons but length of ownership should never affect actual performance.

Did you see my ideas?

Small number of luxury seats? For a construction cost of course.

Slight loan interest discount?

Those are fairly innocuous boosts that still might make people hang with a team longer.

Thats pretty cool.

A trophy system might be nice in addition to make the owner happy.

But this graphic you show would make it easier for PLAYERS to recognize an established team.

Who is dumb enough to actually make interest payments on GLB loans?

None of these would have made me keep my team that I have owned since season 8 that I just sold

Like the idea but -1 just because there are a TON of others things that this game needs over this.

There are only two things that will renew people's interest in owning a team for a longer period of time.

1) A much better player market.
2) Better leagues

Did you read my comment?

What you are suggesting would be enhancing performance, albeit slightly. That is a road that GLB shouldn't travel down unless it wants to disenfranchise new owner and/or owners who took a break and then bought back their teams.

Just being a team owner in and of itself isn't anything special unless you are consistently winning. And handing out bonuses to teams who are winning is a bad plan since it leads to a more uneven field.

+1, I have owned my team since season 6. 200-134-2 through all the bullshit leagues where we were outleveled by 10+ and couldnt possibly win, getting promoted to National Pro when we were only level 55 and getting crushed. I never went with a CPU roster and next season will be my second restart.

I think that definitely deserves some appreciation from GLB. Many of my season 2 guys are long gone. look at the Semi Pro leagues right now, there are only 74 total human owned teams and I am sure many will expire day 40. looks to me that the team pool is diminishing. There are 237 teams in Prep right now, the new APD guys. I bet a large chunk of those teams are gone day 41.

In Soph, a full league worth of teams is already CPU and I am sure day 41 will see a bunch expire. Regional Minors will probably go from 4 leagues down to 3 with a lot of teams folding up.

Lots of posts about people leaving the game, GLB should start taking care of the long term customers. Team owners are the guys spending most of the money.

1 and 2 pretty much go hand in hand.

Almost everyone here are long term customers. Not sure where you get the idea only people that have been an owner and owned that same team/teams are the only long term customers and the only ones that have spent money on this game.

This thread is just a poorly veiled "give me flex" suggestion.
