That said I tried real quick to find the play that made me come here, though its been play after play like that over the seasons. I did not find the one I was looking for, not even sure which team it was. But here is an example of the general problem, note the wideout blocking two cornerbacks in the open field. No reason at all for the second half back to walk up and throw himself against the wideout, and no logical reason that the wideout would have been able to reach out and grab him since he is already busy blocking the first corner. Its not the best example though since its not very long. But its still silly.

Well thats what I was saying, you are talking about linemen trying to go sideways down the line. They are jammed up in line together in close proximity and going the same way. Thats a natural log jam, should take a second or two for them to get around. Not longer though.

But what I am talking about is guys running headlong into the backs of their team mates for no reason. Would take a slight turn to avoid. Given that tacklers will run downfield to meet runners as efficiently as possible its idiotic that they wont make a minor turn to go around a traffic jam.

As for agility and vision on my builds they always have both high. And I try to sign FAs the same way.



What is high? If you are below 70 it's closer to poor than high.

I shoot for agility and vision as close to 90 as I can get. Dont always get there but over 70 definitely these days.

Well not 90 for LBs, 78 80 is the target there.
