All of my DBs have 4 in Superior Vision

But did it work? SV only works if you have a decently high Vision to begin with, so I would think a player would probably need at least 1st cap Vision plus 4 into SV to make it worth while.

My DBs all have 50 Vision and 4 in Superior Vision...It does keep them from getting faked hard, but the WR is usually still able to catch the ball because of the Pump Fake...Usually my DBs are able to tackle the player that catches the ball not allowing for much YAC but they still get faked enough for the DB to not get a deflection.

I sent a PM to catch early this season, said that Pee Wee was slowly dying and if they would be interested in a few ideas to promote Pee Wee. He replied back that he couldn't see anything other then a $$$discount$$$ and they were not interested in that.
I stopped the conversation right there.

As involved as I have been in Pee Wee, I know this is short sighted. I was prepared to come up with a few ideas to get agents interested in Pee Wee, but decided to not try by his response. Maybe it's worth another try, but unless GLB starts selling Pee Wee - it will die.

I think one thing they could do is funnel new agents to Pee Wee. New agents have zero chance in building a usable long term dot, so Pee Wee is the perfect place to learn how building works.. ALGs/build efficiency.. and to learn how attributes work as well. If a new agent jumps into long term building, it's just a waste of money. We all know this game is not CHEAP. If I was Bort, I would be looking for more big spending agents, and Pee Wee is a perfect place to get those type of agents hooked.

just another thought on the "If I was Bort" and new agent thought process... The other thing I would do is create a scaled down version of GLB on Facebook - make it free - and advertise the full version. Someone needs to start a thread on the GLB main forum... "If I was Bort"... would probably get ugly, but it would be funny as hell.

Pee Wee Died the day the opened up Rookie League. There is no reason why you would Buy a Pee Wee team to build long term dots.

To be honest, I still prefer this over what PW was when it was first added to GLB. Back then all you had to do is run up the middle 100% of the time and hope that your opponent fucked up and ran outside or passed just once in order to win.

Actually, if you remember, THO was doing that trick where before the custom QB slot, you could put your passing QB in at TE and then your scrambling QB would DESTROY teams (because there was no DPC or tagging either).

Then the next season a few teams were doing that.

Then the season after that they introduced the DPC.

Then two seasons after that they introduced Gold.

Then the season after that they broke passing.

Then the season after that they fixed passing and I started adding pump fake to my QBs.

Then the seasons after that they added Pump Fake to the PBP. In the offseason someone admitted they had 8 points in it.

Then the season after that teams started adding 6-8 points into Pump Fake.

Then I left Pee Wee in order to play the real sim, and it has been awesome.

Then seven or eight seasons later, Catch announces the following:

I'll keep this open for now even though we all know it's a game is broken thread.

And despite what people think, we are aware of some of the perceived issues and are looking at some potential solutions. Specifically we are testing the following right now on the test server (you can watch any of the Preset AI test games to view these tests):

--experimental QB module that tries and find the optimal lead point where the receiver can get the ball but defenders can not, if one exists.

-- adjusted scrambling behavior of QB somewhat
-- disabled ball hawk
-- reduced defensive reaction time (as a test)

This does not mean we will apply all of these changes, but there is a good chance based on the testing we've done that most of these will be implemented for next season (Ball Hawk will probably not be disabled completely, will just be available for Zone only).

The season after that, all of the Pee Wee teams say that if there isn't a defensive buff, they will quit buying custom equipment and boosting. Teams continue to do so, and so nothing changes.

The season after that, either nothing changes, or teams finally realize that the rest of the sim is pretty awesome, and you can play competitive games from season 1 to season 16. In fact, because of the APD, teams are earning VP in season two of their dot.
