Out of curiosity how are you going to set up the Top 16 teams?

In a Bracket by Rank? Pool vs. Pool? If so, which pools would play each other?
I'm only curious so I can get an idea of who we will be playing in the Sweet 16...

1st place pool a vs 2nd place pool B etc....

The teams from each pool will be split up on sides of the bracket...
