Also there can be absolutely no tying in of cash to any type of in game performance.

if ways to use player cash aren't implemented, then please simplify who contracts and morale-for-cash work...its cumbersome when cash has no use to the player
PS... I recall something when player cash was taken away (S16?) about that the system would still be recording the accumulated cash of each player... is this still the case and can we see what GLB has been banking for each dot?
