Assistant OC of Crazytown Invisible Killer Clowns - I literally do nothing, last season in silver i helped scout for them so the owner put me at Assistant OC and has left me there but is welcome to delete me from the team if he wants

Assistant OC of SAS Chicken Stranglers - Again i do nothing, the owner put me there as our old OC would sometimes be unable to make the games so i would take over for that one game, again is welcome in taking me off the team

and the rest really? 3 silver teams neither of which are undefeated and arent exactly dominating, and one of them is pretty much CPU!? and then the copper team i have nothing to do with just the owner with a goal of making it 40-0 into gold

i have no idea what you are trying to say but you cant blame the coordinators for trying to help teams out? and saying that we are trying to fill our egos is a little but why do you just blame the coordinators? most of the time silver/copper teams dont want unknowns/newbie coordinators taking over because of the fact they might be garbage! you cant just blame the coordinators you have to look at the teams employing the coordinators aswell

you still have access those AIs, which says enough combined with the other teams that you are involved with to make you qualify for the list!

i dont have access to crazytown never have done and i used to for SAS havnt even checked to see if i still have or not

i can kinda see what your saying but you cant just blame the coordinators for taking these jobs, you have to look at the teams that are asking, often in the forums you will see team needing OC then in the thread the owner asks that the candidate is experienced or has trophies etc how is a new OC supposed to get a chance if all the teams arent willing to give them one?

The truth that I DC so many teams??? OH NO I DC SO MANY TEAMS THE TRUTH BURNS!!!

I DC 2 gold teams and a silver team...the others are LOL titles or I set up an AI and leave...

I lolgm two other gold teams...you think they would actually want me seeing their AIs? thats fucking stupid man...
If so many teams is 2...then what is happening with this? I've been to back to back conference championships and fucked up in both of them...also if long enough is 2+ seasons then what the fuck are you talking about?

I think the bigger problem is that coordinators come to Pee Wee with there upper level AI. They just don't work here. I have three sets of custom plays one for Pee Wee one for mid-level teams and one for the upper-level teams. So they come to Pee Wee stay for a season or two they leave. Its a lot of work getting a Dot with no vision low agility and no stamina to go where you want them. Also lets say I am new to the game where do I learn how to set up an AI. You can't set one up with out being a coordinator for a team. What they need to do is let people be able to set up there own AI and Custom plays. Then someone can ask another coordinator to take a look at it and Help them with there AI and custom plays. Not look at mine and maybe take it.

But, at this point you guys are actually pointing the finger at the wrong thing...

Does whoring yourself all over the place cause a negative impact on the peewee leagues in general, hell yes.

Does handing people AIs that they will use without reason and never make a positive change to pretty much inhibit them not only from ever really enjoying the game, but ever getting better at it, hell yes.

Is that why peewee is now a crock of shit, hell no.

Peewee has and always will be limited by the fact that the difference between a boosting team and a nonboosting team is far greater than that of any of the other leagues (besides the Rookie leagues, which are actually much worse off than the others since the induction of level 4 leagues).

Let me explain: If you don't boost in the peewee league then compared to a team who fully boost you are at at least a 20% (being gracious here, its probably actually higher) disadvantage over this team in player quality. Add in custom equipment and you are talking a 30% (even MORE gracious here) disadvantage over the fully boosted fully custom team.

The other leagues have a process of promotion and demotion that over time allows them to play against teams that are all within a 10% or less variance of one another. This means that a coordinator only really has to out-coach another player to stand a chance in the game, I mean we all know this game is a game that is also luck based, as every outcome is effected by 100 "rolls" that on any odd day could just hit "yes" in your favor; but, does this opportunity actually exist when your 30% behind your opponents in the game, hell no.

My point is that right now, as it has been for some time, you can and will buy a silver league (at least silver) trophy if you boost your entire team, because even vs coordinators whom have proven themselves in Gold time and time again can not overcome a 30% disadvantage. This means that whether GLB wants to admit it or not the game is NOT free to play at the peewee level no matter how many people you recruit to join your team... and it never will be free.

What!!!? It isn't free and that is ruining the game?... No.... the point is that this game has always relied on a free user experience lasting long enough to allow one to work past the extremely "nerdy" outlook of this game to find its core value. In peewee, and Rookie leagues where users are not given this experience the appeal of the game absolutely just doesn't exist to those that haven't already been playing for a long time.

The point I've made a thousand times in the past, and a point I will continue to relay in my 2 post per week I'm allotted by my dignity, until a team who does not boost has a chance to beat a team that does boost in the Peewee leagues, the peewee league will continue to shrink in user-base over time until it dissipates completely, and in time GLB along with it because of this actually exaggerated effect in Rookie leagues.

since they went to age-based leagues, instead of level, no/no's are at more and more disadvantage the higher you go. 3 levels behind per season, pretty much...plus the EQ.

pee-wee is the "easiest" place for a no/no to win right now. Of course it isn't "easy" by any means.

My point is that given an even playing field to start boosting makes the most impact at the lower level since the boosted levels represent a higher percent of the given players total value.

If GLB can't get their promotion stuff worked out where they provide a somewhat even playing field to start in upper leagues it isn't because of a flaw in their design but rather their implementation of it. But, here in peewee where the field always starts out even, you can no doubt buy a trophy by boosting for a single season; something that can't be mimicked anywhere else outside of the Rookie leagues.

Essentially, I don't disagree with you because I haven't gone and looked at the Leagues to see how "even" they do start...
But it doesn't change the validity of the statement.
