Moose Jaw did well up there and Monowi did well last season (still plenty of season left!)

Agreed, but the last few years CPL has also had some winless or close to winless teams up there. That's just a product of CPL being really weak recently, and therefore promoting teams that weren't ready for that level.

The new EE WL teams have more wins in the WL than the new CPL WL squads. 1-0 
But that's because they just played each other
CPL has looked stronger here this season compared to the last few, thanks to emergence of some of the younger squads growing and having MJR come back and Bloodweiser somehow end up staying around this season.

This is the best CPL class in a while. There should be some promotees over the next couple of seasons that fair very well in the WL.
