Serious what do you think is harder making 6 LB happy or just 3-4??? I HB or 3?? 5 CBs or 3??? How bout if you have 4 of your 5 CBs all the same level how do you make the #4 CB happy bout being #4 when he is just as good as #1. I swear message every single player on my team and if even one guy says he is unhappy about anything on my team I will give you my team! Serious try it, that is how serious I am that I have one of the deepest teams in all of GLB and make all those guys happy too! I give my self kudos for that!

Yea, it would make things more realistic if we really needed more depth, but the EXP system would need a major overhaul for that. Right now, things like our WR5 is a CB (our Kick Returner), because I know I couldn't get a WR full exp at the WR5 spot. I also know that I couldn't get a CB who's actually a kick returner enough plays at just the KR/PR spot.

And last season, when we had both a G and OT to backup the O-line, neither got enough plays. Same goes for having both a DT and DE for the D-line. So when we had a few people leave, I didn't replace them with as many people and are doing fine "so far." We'll see what happens when we hit our hellish stretch in a couple of games, but we're yet to have any problems with people ending with low Energy. And generally, we end up with more plays against crappy teams, so we're probably in great shape on that front.

I don't like having many backups. I'd much rather move backups to other positions and let them get their xp in other places as well. Too many backups=hate pm's. Don't need it you can survive and flourish with minimal backups imo.

Ya I agree though right now depth is over rated but I think that is one thing eventually that needs to be worked on cause teams with depth should have a little advantage over other teams that dont and the only advantage it gives me right now is I can lose players like you said happened to you and it not hurt the team really!

I have never had a hate PM. Like I said I know I have one of the deepest teams in the league and I dare you to PM each and every player I have and find 1 player that isnt happy with their role and with the team! You wont find one. I might be well hated in the league for trash talking but I am well respected and loved on my team and that is all that matters!

Well, I can tell you this. The Marauders average plays per game is around 70 I would guess (offense+defense) and probably 20 special teams both ways.

So, that is 70+70+20 plays in a game

160*11 positions=

1760 plays

1760/40=44 plays per game, which is a far cry from the 50-60 I would like them to get.

Now, 1760/50=35 players that can get 50 plays in, which is the least I want to see every night. I would much rather see 35 guys get "extra" playing time for half of the games, then see 40 guys get not enough time for half of the games.

Oh, and the "cupcake" competition we've played so far did make the playoffs last season.




He had Mandula Oblongata very early in season 1 and wanted a trade, but he was mad that I couldn't trade him to his #1 team of choice, which was owned by "sprovo", but that's because "sprovo" handled negotiations in a completely classless and unprofessional manner, as he showed in every other future encounter I had with that guy, and he only offered $75,000 for him while another team offered $250k or so, so I trade him to that team.

I don't personally have any beef with Mandula, because he just wanted a trade at the time which was his right, but he doesn't like me because I didn't trade him to "sprovo", but that was only because "sprovo" prevented a deal from happening with a weak offer and a piss-ass attitude.

How many plays do you need for max EX??? I thought it was only like 50 so 45-50 for 2 players in my eyes is better than 1 player at 60 and another at 30. I can be way wrong that is why I am asking???

I then offered to him to select a 2nd choice team and that I would work hard to make it happen, but he declined that offer and said to trade him as soon as I could, and then I traded him in like 30 minutes to some team that offered I think it was $275k if I'm remembering the exact amount correctly.
