I think that Mike is just a really good coordinator, and a few copper teams this season have gold coaches...

Yeah, not taking anything away from him I know he has clout. So are you saying he should be in Gold this season? There are always a few surprise Copper and Silver Teams until teams get to Gold. Then the mixing and matching happens.
