Who Dot and Insane, what were your best losses for ranking? And with you two we hit 16! So we are good. I'll have a bracket up soon and we can start scheduling games!
They both are tied for the highest seed as far as tournament progress I think... I know IA lost in the FTW the game leading to the final 4. NOWD went pretty far in several tournys.

... uhh, how about ...
Round Robin Play = # Wins = Category # Field of 16 Loss = Category 3 Field of 8 Loss = Category 4 Field of 4 Loss = Category 5 Championship Loss = Category 6
That would match up with what I was expecting in a 64 team tourney
So if a champ loss in the biggest tournament that exists only gets you into category 6...why does cat 7+ exist?

No, no we can't play we are in the championship for 2 tournies I was just saying that if you end up needed a team we will be glad to join (Meaning if you really wanna get it started and can't get a team)
Wins: Co-Champions Copper vs Silver tourney, and we are in the Championship now for Double Elimination tourney

Well had they done the original 128 team tournament like last season, the loser would have been a Category 7. But with it only being a 64 team, there are currently no tourneys that make a round 7.

The Pee Wee Cup was much more difficult then the 128 team tourney. We played the following in our road to the Finals:
Dharma Initiatives Crackertown Juniors Springfield Test Dummies New Orleans Pee Wees Short Bus Window Lickers Maine Grenadiers Deep Throw It 7 Games
Deep Throw It played: New Orleans Pee Wees Montpellier Wildcats San Antonio Saviours Springfield Test Dummies Baltimore Gulls Fighting Gamecocks Mississippi Mud Dogs
In contrast.. last season's winner (SBWL) played: SoCal Probation Red Storm Outer Banks Bootie Trappers Atlantic City Surf Montpellier Wildcats Fighting Gamecocks Chicago 85' Bears
The first 2 rounds in the old format are 91% of the time give me games for Gold teams and then in Round 3 sometimes you get a solid silver team and then the tourney starts in Rd 4 for most of the finalist. Both ended up with 7 games played as well. Just some food for thought.

Yeah the Pee Wee Cup was a more enjoyable experience for my team as well playing some very tough games. And you're right the would have been 7 games played. I'll probably make that change for next season. Do something of games Won in a tournament, this would help with the various double elimination tournies as well (Copper and the Double Elim Tourney).
Finishing some work and will update and make a bracket when I take lunch.
