This. I've tried stamina, vision, confidence, agility, etc. I think it's just random. If the SIM ran a game at 2:00 and one team had 8 penalties to the other's 2, it may be reversed if the SIM ran again at 4:00. That's just my IMO though, but you'd be hard pressed to convince me otherwise.
