Be my guest and give it a try, but a balanced offense that incorporates the QB run is going to be more effective than one that doesn't. If there is really a team that uses their backup rushing QB only on rushing plays they deserve to be shot. Please god come out in a SS/FS outside blitz man coverage defense every play just because my backup QB is in, I'll tear you to shreds. Every single play in GLB has its advantages against certain defenses, their is no "useless" or "easily stopped" play because their should be no way for a team to know which play you are running. There are going to be exposed parts of every defense you make that given the right play call could lead to a touchdown without even a single missed tackle, lets not forget that some plays are designed to alternate between losing a yard and going for a touchdown. Even the best outside QB rush defense is going to give up big plays to a 99% QB roll out offense, because missed tackles do happen. My point is, stop hating on people for using the QB rush just because you hate the fact that you have to adjust every defensive play you make to prevent it from being exposed to it. This game, when played at its best, is a very complicated one which should never be brought down to such simplistic and obviously wrong generalizations.
Teams scrutinize the qb rush so much because in the beginning there were a lot of teams throughout the various leagues that claimed to be the greatest pee wee franchise of all time that only knew how to run the qb bootleg. They faced a good team that knew how to shut it down and were humiliated. So the scrutiny comes from the OC's that used the qb boot 70% of the time and thought they were great.
What's truly amusing about your statement is that first you say that you can't completley shut down the qb running game. In order to truly disprove your statement using the laws of logic we would first have to define what you mean by "Shut Down". If you hold the rushing qb to an avg of oh say 1.5 yds carry, I would consider that "shutting down the qb rush" Which is certainly possible. I can show you past box scores, statistical analysis, whatever you need. If you have another definition of "shut down" please let me know so I can provide you with the proper statistics. You may give up yardage in other plays, but that was not the argument you were making in your first sentence.
Your second sentence "Be my guest and give it a try, but a balanced offense that incorporates the QB run is going to be more effective than one that doesn't. This statement is true, because an offense with more weapons will be more successful.
Please god come out in a SS/FS outside blitz man coverage defense every play just because my backup QB is in, I'll tear you to shreds. This would depend on builds. If you have a qb with all eq and sp assigned to speed and or agility, you will not have a lot of sp/skill in throwing, making your qb less effective as a passer. If you don't believe this, please send a scrimmage offer out to a gold league team.

There are some plays that have a higher probability of success than others, as you gain more experience as a pee wee coordinator you will learn this. Some gms such as Lord Evil and Thunder66 have already mastered these plays. If you don't believe me, send out a scrimmage to them so we can all observer your out of the box game planning first hand.

Again, the hating comes from cocky teams who think they are good because they can run a qb boot offense in copper against cpu teams and think they have reinvented the wheel, the joy continues as experienced gms relish the 95-0 scores against these cocky arrogant teams and the wonderful silence that accompanies them.
In closing, this is not a personal attack, you have provided no statistical evidence to back any of your opinions. When you try to forcefully defend your opinion against gms/owners who have won multiple major pee wee championships, it's rather amusing because you have no credibility against them. Lord Evil and Thnder66 have the respect of most Pee Wee owners because they prove their offensive and defensive strategies work on the field and not by starting threads about rushing qbs.
