It is interesting, I don't see many tourney brackets where the 2 seed plays the 3 in the second round while the number one seed doesn't play anybody better than a 10 seed until the finals. Maybe that's just how these GLB tourneys work.

It's not the seeds, it's the order of which teams are playing. The two seed should be playing the winner of the 15 and 18 etc....but if they aren't seeded by strength of team I guess it really doesn't matter anyway. Carry on.

honestly that is weird. I put all 32 teams names into a hat and pulled them out 1 by 1.

It seems the odds are almost impossible to win the lottery 3 times and this guy was doing an interview with the local news about it and he walked them through his day buying the winning ticket and rubbing it off to win his third.
