Not slowbuilding your players is just fine. Dumping all your initial SPs into a minor attribute when you're in the middle of an offseason is a complete waste because you could be pumping that attribute through training during the offseason. Hmm wow, what a concept, common sense.

Also that. You should really stop raging when people laugh at poor building practices because that sometimes will result in a person seeking more effective ways to build. Even if it doesn't, they can laugh all they want at bad decisions. Come off your high horse.
