As much as I like tourneys, they don't always show who has the better team. A lot of teams don't have their true builds shape up until late in the season. One team may be good enough to win in say week 3 but not in week 10 or later. It would be a lot of fun to see most of the league playoff teams in a tournament. Heck, take the final 4 teams from all of Silver plus Gold and then add Copper champions. Now that would make for a pretty good tournament.

I'm willing to honor the two Gold teams that play in the Gold Championship game as the best in Pee Wee. That being said, take ALL OTHER Gold playoff teams (14), Championship Game teams in Silver (14), and Championship Game winner in Copper (7). I think that would be a total of 35 teams. A pretty good tourney.
Can it be set-up in time to play in off season? Could we do it next season. This tourney would answer a lot of questions.

Then your making Gold league pointless. The Idea is to have all the best teams in gold. If you had a tourney with the top in each league your defeating the purpose of gold IMO.

I know it will take another season or 2 to flush out Gold...but we didn't have the best in gold this season....once things shake out over the next couple of seasons the cream will rise to the top...IMO

your never going to have 32 even teams. As some will always get promoted who don't want to be there or can't compete once there and give up. There are those existing teams that no longer want to be there or lose interest mid season. These factors will not change in 2 seasons (they will be exactly the same, just with new teams).

You seriously think that? LMAO at you. Here's the 8 Gold playoff teams. I'll put every one of them up against any team in Silver or Copper and probably win 85% of the games with little to no game planning. Let the coaches actually game plan and they'll probably win 95% or more of the games. If you don't think these are the best teams in Pee Wee, then you don't look at many teams. I'm curious to see who you think is better, and 1 flukey win over a Gold team doesn't make a Silver/Copper team better or even equal. I'll grant an exception to those Squirrels since they've shown they can hang regularly.

Please L7 do not let our game carry much weight. Sure we were an 8th seed in Gold and beat some quality teams and played other top tier teams well. However we were very erratic, We beat most of the teams we were suppose to beat, and lost to most all the ones that finished above us. Except a 2 1/2 hour game plan I worked on. (can't do that often enough)

Some of the points in this thread are going to make it to where Gold Teams do not even challenge or take challenges from silver or copper teams because they have nothing to gain by it. They are already ranked a head of them by the book and play the cream of the crop every other day. So why risk getting a bad sim and Bort fucked in the end? When you can prove your worth in gold.

Good luck to all teams that are still alive.

Reference the DSBM tournament and scrim schedule this year for exactly this reason. Those that know us know that in the past we played lots of scrims and tourneys. We entered one this season, played 2 games in it, and haven't taken another scrim since. There's just no real reward for Gold teams to play scrims against Silver/Copper. All it does is put more film out if you show your good stuff.

Look i have a lot of respect for all the gold teams including yours.. Thats all i want is to make it to gold my TEAM is doing everything they can to make it and im not sure we are. I pray we do i know we have great coaches and great builds. But at any day we can can get a L. But when i get a L i hate it im so pissed but you know what i do i suck it up and move on. Saying you lost cause this or that dont mean anything.

An we are not having the im the best team cause (cause there are tons of amazing teams in silver) i beat your team we are saying what league is the toughest and with the teams we have in L7 i FEEL this is

Indeed I hope you make it in Gold, it needs more talented owners like you,
Ones that know what it takes to achieve there goals and the dedication that comes with it.

Moral of my story is, I am going to be retiring my upper level players and getting down to just running my PeeWee Team until I retire all the flex I have involved in this game. I am still just butthurt from chemistry/morale issues from earlier this season. And really the unknown if we will get fucked again next season. Not to mention all the secrets GLB keeps from its paying players. I just kind of want what I pay for here and know how to use it to the best of my ability. Not sure this will happen here.
Might be a good time for me individually to cut my loses and start making 1/2-3/4 of the players on my PeeWee Team and make a final push for 2-4 seasons to get my lol .gif

Not meant to be a slap in your teams face. Sorry if it was meant that way. I am just a little sour today.
