As you mentioned, we need to get this on the ballot before it is to late.

I assumed a cap only allowing teams to sign players 0days old. But now that I think about that, it would kill recruiting once the season starts.

checks for creation date and if it falls into that day 31 to 40 range, this player is too old to sign to pee wee
