Derrick Brooks incoming to Weak Side and Briggs to the middle is what im hearing.

Rodgers did look bad last night, though Allen Barbre got destroyed by Ogun and pressured him all night.

But Rodgers made up for it all with that beauty of a pass at the end........sweet call there too.

not really sure how he looked bad per say...the pressure left his throws just a hair out of place. At least Rodgers throw's made sense.

Well, maybe not bad but he was definitely off due to the pressure like i said. He was getting frustrated quite a bit but again like i said, he made up for it all with the game winning pass.

The San Francisco Singletary's are 2-0

If nothing else, the man gets results. There are 2 Pro Bowl caliber players on the entire roster (Willis and Gore - maybe Clements) so it's nice to see some W's.

I think they travel to Minnesota to play Adrian Peterson next week, so it'll be interesting if they can handle what looks to be the top team in the NFC. Maybe New Orleans? Not many top flight teams in the No Fun League.

Dropping your pants is definitely the best way to fire up a bunch of guys from San Francisco apparently. Niners look like the best team of alternative lifestyle types money can buy

besides bhall, since he actually came back to post, I don't want to hear shit from the rest of you pussy's who were ragging on Cutler last week if he has another bad game. Either man up or stfu

Niners should be able to win that division imo. Gore is a beast(the U!) and so is Willis. Singletary's an ex Bear so he's ok in my book. Cardinals are overrated, Seahawks are overrated, and the Rams suck. Think the niners have a very good shot at making the playoffs.

I'm not ready to declare the Saints or Vikings the top team yet. I still think it's the Giants. Vikings haven't faced anyone yet and well, I hate the old man. If something happens to AP that team is done. The Saints need to show they have a D, and they haven't really faced anyone either, unless you count the Eagles which I don't. I know everyone loves the Eagles but i've been saying all offseason that D took a huge hit losing Dawkins, Jim Johnson and with the injuries. Carolina was overrated and gave the Eagles the game week 1. Still the Giants conference imo.

Still not sure who the team to beat is out of the Packers, Bears, or Vikings...pretty big toss up to this point as none of them have been overly impressive. But I only assume all 3 to get better as the weeks progress.

The Niners only road block are the Seahawks...which without Hass, look pretty tame.

I am not ready to give the Giants the East yet...they could easily split with Dallas after watching last nights game and its tough to say Philly won't turn it on at some point. Washington leaves me scratching my head at this point...so much talent...so little motivation...

The Saints are going to run away with their division...there isnt a defense in that division that can hold Bree's under 3 td's.

My problem with the Saints isn't there division. It's like back in 06 when the Saints had such a great offense, then went into Chitown and got stomped in the playoffs. What happens when the Saints face off against a D that can shut down Brees. They certainly don't have a good running game. And the D is suspect. I also wouldn't sleep on the Falcons, although i'm not sold yet. But eventually the Saints will face a good team, and I just don't think Brees can do it all by himself. Teams win championships, not individuals, or even one sided teams(NYG vs NEP Super Bowl for example)

I have the Giants as of right now the top team in the East and the conference. Things could definitely change, usually when the Giants start hot they flop near the end of the season. But Manning looks sharp, the Dline can get at anyone, and they have a good running game. They have playoff experience and confidence, something the Cowboys don't. Romo needs to show he can actually win a big game. The Redskins are a joke, they should be a good team but I think it's karma. Money doesn't buy championships. The Eagles are a problem just waiting to happen. The D has big holes and shoes to fill, and what if McNabb is gone for a few more weeks and Vick gets to start, and then wins a game or two? The Philly fans might be worse to there QB's than Bears fans. That whole situation is just ready to explode imo. Giants are the only stable team in that divison right now imo.

The North, we won't know till the season ends. The only thing we do know is the Lions suck

The North will still be fun to watch. The Bears, Vikes and Pack will be a good battle for the division. The Bears had a big win last night, altho the Steelers tend to fall flat without Polamalu. Packers looked like crap against the Bengals and the Vikes kicked the crap out of the Lions. I think the Pack and Vikes will tie records this season and then hopefully the Pack wins by the head to head matchups, altho the Bears could surprise, but i think without Urlacher they are in trouble.

The Vikings need to figure out how to play a full 60 minutes rather than just the last 35 before they deserve to be mentioned as one of the top teams. Being down 10-0 to the Lions late in the 2nd quarter is embarrassing, regardless of the final outcome.
