I would just do a coin flip.
Bort would have one division then DD would have the other division
this way we can force them to pick favorites! Also maybe they'll root for one of our conferences more out of bias, and in the end, If our conference does win, maybe the winning admin gives us a cookie (or some actual prize that makes them looks good)
