you are right, but what i meant was that no one had been ruled out. we just got sooo many requests so fast. it was not a first come first serve basis. i am very glad that this many team wanted to participate. we will do this again next season depending on what level our team lands. we look forward to seeing who can come out of this bracket as it is a monster.

as far as seeding, it will be pretty random although i will try to keep teams in the same league away from each other to maintain the integrity of league play.
