I'm not a huge Titans fan, I just live about an hour from Nashville. So I guess I know more about them than any other team than the Bears. Jeff Fisher is still one of the best coaches in the NFL, and one of the classiest. He just never gets that talent around him, and that's a problem. It's certainly not Fisher's fault, but they may just fall short.

I'm not trying to rip on the Raiders or anything, I was rooting for them in 02 against the Bucs, and I want McFadden to be good just as much as anyone else. I just don't think he'll come out like some are predicting and pull an Adrian Peterson, who might just be the next Gale Sayers. (I personally think Gale Sayers was the best running back ever, he just had his career cut short by injuries, his body gave out. I think Peterson shows more than a few similarities where that is concerned)

I don't want you guys to think I'm trying to go anal against your favorite team, it's all in good fun. My Bears don't exactly have the best record in the past ten years, but they're still my team. I wish I was Jerry Angelo though, Chokesman would be gone faster than Clay Aiken in a straight bar, and I'd tell Benson he'd better run like he was a first round pick, instead of a pussy. Hester would be my #1 or 2, and he'd be the focus of uh...everything.

I'm going to petition the NFL to allow Hester to play KR, PR, WR, CB, HB, and NFL commish.

Coaching isn't the problem. Lovie is a godsend, the Bears were going nowhere fast before they got him. What hurt the Bears is the fact that they lost their main defensive coordinator after that 06 run and the front office is full of morons. Jerry Angelo and Virginia McCaskey make up some of the worst damned GM/Owner experiences you'll ever find in the NFL.

And Gale Sayers had the exact same rush average as Barry Sanders during his career, exactly 5.0 YPC, and Sayers only played five full seasons where he wasn't hampered by injury the entire time. He never saw the amount of attempts Sanders did, but one season he did have an amazing 6.2 YPC average. Overall, they played at completely different times in the NFL (Sayers was competitive in the 60's), so it's hard to compare them but it's easy to see that they were both very good. Though I still have to show Chi-town love with my choice. Walter Payton a close second with over 16000 rushing yds in his career and about a 4.5 yard rush average.

In all honesty though, had Barry Sanders continued playing (he quit when he was just 30), he may have broken the record, it would have certainly been close.

And Chokesman is definitely not a good QB, though I'd have to say he's certainly better than Aaron Brooks, but not as good as Neckbeard.
