Updated the meter. I'm not going to do a team by team breakdown... or at least I don't think I'm going to. I have something in mind but I want to perfect it/run it by some admins to make sure it doesn't go too far... (Drago go too far? I know, sounds ridiculous).
It's not that I won't take the time/effort to do a team-by-team, it's that some teams just don't post - which would leave them out of the meter. The meter is also an overall judge at this point of the crybabyness in the USAPLF, I'd hate for it to be weighed down by those who don't post in here.
