Might want to check the Porfiles of the agents talking about Saratoga... Because we haven't had anything to do with this. As far as I'm concerned, I don't care if the rest of the BBB leagues thinks we're the worst team of all... Our owner has his main team to worry about (Much higher priority), and I have my own team to worry about, as well (Which takes a huge priority).

So if it makes you feel awesome and inflated in the epeen, tell yourself whatever you need to. We're scared; we suck; we're awful; you are uber; you're gods, and we're mortals; whatever. Whatever makes you satisfied and content. But one thing's for sure... I have much better things to spend my time on than fighting a battle against a field of teams I have no reason whatsoever to be looking at.

Good day,
Gambit

I'm not here to prove anything. I just want to have some fun and learn more about what works and what doesn't.

I've selected a few teams for friendlies that were ranked 7, 8, 9 in their conference, but no one accepted. I guess this forum is the place to ask.

Is there any USA BBB League team out there who would like to set-up a friendly with USA BBB #12 Rum Runners (2nd season team with a newbie coach). It should be an easy match against some of you guys with experience.

The teams I'm looking to scrimmage with are middle-tier (ranked 7, 8 or 9th) in their conference. This is so an even amount of Offense and Defense can be evaluated. Please, no fat-headed ego-maniacs, only mature owners who like me just want to learn a little more about how to set energy, select plays, evaluate their players, etc.

If interested, please PM me.

Thanks. I really appreciate you taking the time and effort to do this for us.

Listen I dont really think that BBB #9 is the best I think we have great teams but I dont know if we are the best so all these friendly challenges that my team is getting we are not going to accept because we are overmatched

Try setting up one against my team. Holland Pinoy All Stars will gladly accept your friendly.

By the way, send the friendly tomorrow because my I can't accept any today because I've already used up my three friendlies.
And I would definitely like to help out an owner dissect his team.
If you need any help on getting your team stronger or identifying weaknesses and strengths don't hesitate to PM me.

not gonna lie, summt station (and this is the OC/DC/scout/build advizer/anything else you can think of except owner speaking) is far from comlete. we really lack depth at many positions and dont really have high enough levels at others. look for us next year though. we have a good start to a team.

maverick, i'd love to try again next season with you guys.

Even though my team's player level doesn't match yours, Holland Pinoy All Stars will definitely like to play the Summit Station Stallions.

mrfoston, I understand your position. While I don't own the team, I have been the financial GM and head recruiter for the last 4 years. We took over a gutted team that had been demoted from Pro to AAA. We have fallen all the way to BBB while trying to rebuild. We have finally put together a decent team and are having our best season ever. Hang with it and your team will get better.

USA BBB#8 Holland Pinoy All Stars (4-10) VS USA BBB#10 Springfield Isotopes (6-8)
- Game replay http://goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=357658
- The All Star's bench depth was too much for the Isotopes.
- Isotopes' main weapon was held in check.

On to the next scrimmage.
USA BBB#8 Holland Pinoy All Stars (4-10) VS USA BBB#7 Gardner Paraplegics (6-8)
- This could be a close one with the Paraplegics depth is much better than the All Stars' depth.

It should be a good game. The Parapalegics are another former gut job team. I signed up with the team with my OT in season 5 after game 3 of the season and have been running the offense and doing misc. other GM functions since. We went out and spent all of our cash on players due to the owner and myself having no experience at running a team or what to do, and were negative money by the end of season 5 and lost basically the entire roster. Season 6 was basically season 5 all over again as we had to rebuild again. Season 7 we have been able to be a little more competitive, but we still are a long way away from being any type of contender. We have been through countless DCs, but we do the best we can.

I just just checked your team's stadium, its in bad shape. You guys better prioritize the stadium's construction.
If you checked my team, we already have level 200 built and will be able to purchase level 300 by this off season and also expand the level 200 seats. Level 100 seats is all expanded. I'm hoping to generate around $8M on home games next season via concession sales and generate around $12M+ for ticket sales (I'm not sure if that's possible) because I have to pay for my guys' level 24 equipment for Season 8 and that costs around $8M for the entire team!

But your team is stacked pretty good for a gutted team. Pretty good bench depth and probably pretty good player builds too.

My team's starting to play much better this season compared to last season. We went 1-15 last season and this season will probably finish 4-12 or we're lucky 5-11.

And with all my guys signed up next season, we'll try to kick it up a notch on Season 8.

I agree with you there about the stadium being prioritized, but thats not my call. I don't even mess around with personnel anymore. Its out of my hands. I do the OC gig, and the rest the owner does. I have my hands full with all of the other teams I GM for. I OC for 5 teams total, and do all the scouting, advising on player builds, etc. for all of them. Add in the 8 players I have of my own, and I already spend too much time on this game. haha

I keep my GM jobs at the minimum. I only OC 1 team and DC another team.
Our game should be a pretty good one but statistics are on your team's favor.
We'll try to give you guys a good close game.
